We at Prins Orchidee, a family business that has been growing the most beautiful Cymbidium while developing these flowers into our own flower concepts for more than 40 years.

To achieve a successful end product, we work with a close-knit team, consisting of about 25 permanent employees, supported by on-call workers and students. During our seasonal peaks, the entire team counts more than 150 employees.

At Prins Orchidee we have an informal and pleasant working atmosphere. We value personal contact, cooperation and the human aspect. That is why we have chosen, in addition to our permanent employees, to work with on-call workers who are employed by Prins Orchidee, instead of working with varying temporary workers from outside organisations. More than 30% of our on-call workers have been with us for over 10 years. And besides ensuring a pleasant everyday atmosphere in the workplace, we also pay attention to unwinding moments and activities during our season, such as company outings and drinks, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
